29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: 200 Town Line Road, Southington, CT: On or about January 24, 2022, the employer had not conducted a review of the lockout/tagout program at least annually. The written lockout/tagout program was last revised June 27, 2016 and the machine specific procedures, Attachment F, document was last revised December 15, 2018.
