29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or another provision in paragraph (b) of this section which provides for an alternative fall protection measure:  (a)	Romero Roofing LLC at 1621 Fraser Court, Aurora, CO 80011:  On or before January 24, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury, in that an employee working on the roof of a two-level residential home fell to the ground below and sustained serious injuries.  The employee utilized a personal fall arrest system (PFAS); however, he contacted the lower level due to having too much slack in his lifeline.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
