29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about January 25, 2022, and at times prior thereto, at the loading station, employees(s) were exposed to injurious corrosive material while performing lime slurry loading activities without quick access to emergency flushing equipment when the shower handle was not secured, and the water supply valve was closed.
