29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15):Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees: without satisfying the criteria of subparagraphs (i) - (iv) of this paragraph. Location: 370 Amory St. Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 An employee was exposed to falls from heights up to nine feet to the ground while working on a portable extension ladder where the extension ladder was positioned on a rolling scaffold to increase the working height of the employee.
