At a temporary worksite, located at 6473 Sweetbay Lane, Lot 15, in Jacksonville, Florida 32221: On or about January 22, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to eye injury hazards caused by flying debris, in that eye protection was not utilized by an employee, while operating a portable hand saw to cut drywall. b. At a temporary worksite, located at 6473 Sweetbay Lane, Lot 15, in Jacksonville, Florida 32221: On or about January 22, 2022, the employer exposed an employee to eye injury hazards caused by flying debris, in that eye protection was not utilized by an employee, while operating a pneumatic-type nail gun to install drywall sheets.
