29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the  floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.     (a)	 Maintenance Building;  Sawdust and metal shavings were not cleaned up at the end of each shift.  Sawdust was located underneath the Makita Saw. Metal shavings were located under the Delta drill press.

This exposes employees to potential fire hazards and ineffective guarding.

The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.  (a)	Maintenance Building Basement;  Compressed gas breathing air tanks were not stored securely in racks or attached to the wall.
