OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized caught-in and struck-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about January 25, 2022, in the employer rented parking lot area at 20001 SW 344th Street, Florida City, Florida, an employee was exposed to struck-by, caught-between, and crushing hazards when working under a harvesting truck's elevated dump box to perform repairs on the hydraulic system.
