29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about January 27, 2022, on the west side of the parking lot, an employee utilized a JLG T350 aerial lift without adequate fall protection while changing bulbs in a parking lot.
