29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless they have been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. (a) On or about January 26, 2022, located on the Southside of an exterior residential structure, an employee was performing welding operations while working from a pallet attached to the forks of a JLG Telehandler Boom Lift that was not designed by the manufacturer to be utilized in such a manner.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(23):Personal fall arrest systems shall not be attached to guardrail systems, nor shall they be attached to hoists except as specified in other subparts of this Part. (a) On or about January 26, 2022, located on the Southside of an exterior residential structure, an employee was performing welding operations working from a work platform while attached to an unapproved anchorage point wearing a harness with a lanyard anchored to the fork carriage of a JLG Telehandler Boom Lift.
