29 CFR 1926.403(d)(1): Electric equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: (a) Third Floor - On or about January 20, 2022, cabinet installers were exposed to an electrical contact hazard from the live parts of a 120-volt duplex outlet box which was not mounted upon a vertical surface as designed. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: (a) Third Floor - On or about January 20, 2022, cabinet installers were exposed to an electrical contact hazard from the live parts of a 120-volt duplex outlet box which was not completely covered. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
