Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a. Located at 13118 Hunter Avenue in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about January 28, 2022, employees were performing sheathing work from the top of the second story walls and the roof structure without fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards from approximately twenty feet.
