OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to fall hazard while accessing an elevated platform without fall protection: On or about January 27, 2022 at a workplace located at E8698 Reinke Road, Clintonville, Wisconsin: employees engaged in maintenance work were exposed to 10 feet fall hazard while accessing an unguarded elevated platform.
