29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees: without satisfying the criteria of subparagraphs (i) - (iv) of this paragraph. Location: 1776 Hooksett Road, Hookset, NH On or about January 28, 2022, a ladder was used on a Vanguard baker-type scaffold exposing employees to falling, and the employer failed to ensure that the following criteria were met: - The scaffold was not secured against sideways thrust exerted by the ladder when the ladder was placed against a structure that was not a part of the scaffold; - The platform units were not secured to the scaffold to prevent movement. - The ladder legs were not secured to prevent them from slipping or being pushed off the platform.
