One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) Production Floor, CNC wire bender #1 ; On or about January 25, 2022 an at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a CNC wire bender with an unguarded rotating head. b) Production Floor, CNC wire bender #2 ; On or about January 25, 2022 an at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a CNC wire bender with an unguarded rotating head. c) Production Floor, CNC wire bender #3 ; On or about January 25, 2022 an at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a CNC wire bender with an unguarded rotating head.
