29 CFR 1926.62(l)(2) "Training program". The employer shall assure that each employee is trained: a) At the Charles R. Jonas Courthouse, the employer did not ensure that the project manager of GSA charged with overseeing the job site conditions was properly trained in lead awareness where the demolition contractor's employees were exposed to hazardous levels of lead and were not provided with adequate protection.
