29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Telluride Woodworking, Inc. dba Traum Woodworking: On or before 1/31/22 the employer did not ensure that electrical panels rated 600V or less had at least 30 inches of clearance. Wood scrap and other items were stored within 30 inches of Panel P3. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. (b) Telluride Woodworking, Inc. dba Traum Woodworking: On or before 1/31/22 the employer did not ensure that electrical panels rated 600V or less had at least 30 inches of clearance. Wood scrap and other items were stored within 30 inches of Panel C1. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
