1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about December 08, 2021, the 480VAC power line feeding a skid with distribution panels located by the rig power house was not provided with a strain relief device at the point of entrance into the electrical panel on the skid. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
