29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: a) Shop Area: On or about February 7, 2022, employees are exposed to rotating parts from no machine guarding on the 1300 Milling Machine that poses a caught-in hazard. b) Shop Area: On or about February 7, 2022, employees are exposed to rotating parts from safety interlocks being removed on the Hardinge VMC 1000 CNC that poses a caught-in hazard. c) Shop Area: On or about February 7, 2022, employees are exposed to rotating parts from inadequate guarding, open holes, removed doors on the Leadwell MCV 1000 AP CNC that poses a caught-in hazard. d) Shop Area: On or about February 7, 2022, employees are exposed to rotating parts from safety interlocks being removed on the FADAL VMC 3016L CNC that poses a caught-in hazard. e) Shop Area: On or about February 7, 2022, employees are exposed to rotating parts from safety interlocks being removed on the Hardinge VMC 1250II CNC that poses a caught-in hazard.
