A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors.  (a)  On or about February 2, 2022 , doors marked as exits were opened with knobs instead of panic bars, such as but not limited to the two doors in shipping by the loading dock,  the door at the rear of the building in finishing, and the set of double doors in fabrication by the employee parking lot.

"All compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage at user locations shall be secured to prevent falling or rolling.
