29 CFR 1910.106(b)(6): In locations where flammable vapors may be present, precautions were not taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition. Sources of ingition may include open flames, lightning, smoking, hot sirfaces, frictional heat, sparks (static, electrical, and mechanical), spontaneous ignition, chemical and physical-chemical reactions, and radiant heat: a) On or about January 31, 2022 at the Cliff Berry facility in Cocoa FL, the employer did not take adequate precautions to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors by using an internal combustion engine inside a flammables containment area.
