1926.502(b)(2)(iv)      Other structural members (such as additional midrails and architectural panels) shall be installed such that there are no openings in the guardrail system that are more than 19 inches (.5 m) wide.  On or about February 1, 2022, at 3900 Galt Ocean Drive, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an employee was exposed to an approximate 120-foot fall hazard while engaged in building restoration work from a 12th-floor balcony near the NW corner of the condominium when working near a guardrail system with an approximate 33-inch-wide vertical gap between the installed horizontal members.
