29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On February 1, 2022, employees engaged in framing activity were not protected from fall hazards while working at an elevation of approximately 22 feet above the ground.  b)  On February 1, 2022, employees engaged in framing activity were not protected from fall hazards through window openings while working at an elevation of approximately 12 feet above the ground.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(i): Snap hooks were engaged directly to webbing, rope or wire rope when not designed for such connections:   a) On February 1, 2022, employees performing framing work were exposed to fall hazards when using a personal fall arrest system that had its snap hook engaged back onto the life line.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
