29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 26811 East Ellsworth, Aurora, CO: Employees assigned to install solar panels on new construction residential home(s) were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each affected employee was protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (b) 26891 East Ellsworth, Aurora, CO: Employees assigned to install solar panels on new construction residential home(s) were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each affected employee was protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer, Ion Solar LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1319017, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/11/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3735 El Dientenull, Arvada, CO 80007.
