29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns. On or about February 02, 2022, on a residential construction site located on 4203 Magliana Ln. in Katy, TX, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard from falling tools and material while working under a roof under construction without out a protective helmet.
