1910.9(b) The employer did not train each affected employee in the manner required by the standard: A) Lowes Home Improvement, Store #2613 on or about January 23, 2022 in the lumber storage area: Employees performed servicing and maintenance on the dust collector Model: JET 1 HP Serial #OKT-061166: attached to the panel saw. Employees were not locking out the dust collector.

The internal conductors in the conduit were exposed at the damaged area.
