29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) 157 E. Constitution Drive Smyrna, DE 19977 - On or about February 2, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting solar panel installation work on a single family home being unprotected in all directions, approximately 30 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection.
