29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a new home in construction located at 159 SW Milburn Circle., Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34953: On or about 2/2/2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8-feet to ground level when flying trusses and installing plywood on a new residential construction not using any methods of conventional fall protection system with a 5/12 pitch roof.
