Sampling was performed for 433 minutes and zero for the remainder.  (b) On or about February 03, 2022, and in days prior to, the employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program for employees in the Performance Packaging building while an employee was exposed to sound levels of 87.9 dBA, which exceeds the 8-hour time-weighted average sound level PEL of 85 decibels. Sampling was performed for 434 minutes and zero for the remainder.
