29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(C): Powered industrial truck operators had not received initial training in workplace related topics for load manipulation, stacking and unstacking: On or about February 1, 2022, employees working near and operating forklifts were exposed to struck-by hazards because forklift operators used the "split-forking" method to manipulate two loads at a time and the employer did not ensure operators were trained on the topic.
