Country Pure Foods: Cup Room, C & D Cup Robot Area, and Caser Area:  On or about February 04, 2022, the employer did not ensure that temporary employees at the Country Pure Foods worksite, where many employees were assigned to work and authorized to service and maintain energized machines, received the required initial lock out/ tag-out training. Employees serviced machines including, but not limited to, the Rotary Cup Filling Machines, conveyer lines, and a Palletizing Robot machine. Employees were not trained on the hazardous energy sources, the type of energy produced by specific machines in the workplace, and how to perform energy isolation procedures on the specific machines they worked with.
