On the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities use pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection were expose to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   On the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities without fall protection were expose to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.

On the north side of the construction site, the employer did not provide an extension ladder where employees could access and egress the residential building upper levels, exposing them to potential fall hazards.

On the north side of the construction site, employees used the top step of a six foot A-frame ladder to access the upper landings to install framing material on the residential home exposing the employees to potential fall hazards.
