29 CFR 1926.850(c): All electric lines were not shut off or otherwise controlled before demolition work was started: a) 15 N. Main Street, Wilkes Barre, PA: Electrical power to conductors and attached receptacles and switches that were installed in a wall that was demolished on the first floor was not disconnected and kept shut off until removed, which exposed employees to an electric shock hazard, on or about February 7, 2022. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
