29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: Admin stairway 1st floor: On or about February 7, 2022, and time prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and emergency hazards , in that the emergency exit sign was inoperable and did not provide illuminated identification to employees working in the administration office.
