Ventilating and exhaust systems shall be in accordance with the Standard for Blower and Exhaust Systems for Vapor Removal, NFPA No. 91-1961, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6, where applicable and shall also conform to the provisions of this section. (a) Fireside Rides, 3301 East 42nd Avenue, Denver, CO 80216: On or about February 7, 2022, the employer did not have a spray booth that was constructed out of appropriate material as required by this standard. The spray booth was constructed out of plyboard and plastic. The ventilation consisted of a fan and temporary air duct. The condition exposes employees to fire hazards.
