The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 1122 Yellow Daisy Lane, Lot 47 Cottages at the Greene, Foley, Alabama: On February 8, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 7 inches to the ground below.
