29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a)  At 28003 Highway 181, Club House, Exchange at Daphne, Daphne, Alabama:  On February 9, 2022, the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection, exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 14 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  At 28003 Highway 181, Club House, Exchange at Daphne, Daphne, Alabama:  On February 9, 2022, the employer allowed his employees to use extension ladder on site and the rails of the ladders did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 14 feet to the ground below.
