29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: Break Room: On, or about, February 7, 2022, water that had leaked into the building through the roof was present on the floor. Sufficient procedures had not been implemented to remove the water in a timely fashion and the wet portion of the floor had not been marked with signs or other effective way to alert employees of the wet floor conditions.
