29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: a) Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant 5650 Lee Road: The entire floor in the kitchen area was found to be cluttered with broken-improperly placed , loose, and missing ceramic floor tiles; spilt food; piles of corn meal; improperly installed floor mats; grease splatters; small fragments of fried chicken; and puddles of water.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided: a) Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant 5650 Lee Road: The floor in the kitchen was found to have areas which were covered with pools of water of varying sizes. Procedures put in place by the employer to clean up the water and to keep the floor dry were not adequate.
