29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed. a) Metaltech Recycling, LLC, 4555 Mount Pisgah Road, York PA, Plant Wide - On or about February 9, 2022, the company did not fully document evidence of certification for the company's Hazardous Energy Control procedures. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
