Employees were exposed to bloodborne pathogens that can cause illness as a result of the employer's failure to provide site specific bloodborne pathogen training initially and then at least annually thereafter. Front end employees, including managers and supervisors, have occupational exposure to blood and/or OPIM as they were required to clean-up blood spills, which had occurred. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
