29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: On or about February 7, 2022, employees were working from a scaffold with footing baring baseplates that were not properly secured to the mudsills to prevent displacement and were on unstable foundation. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard.
