29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: On or about February 7, 2022, in front of the superintendent's trailer reinforcing steel used to set the concrete metal frames were not guarded. This exposed employees of a subcontractor to an impalement hazard.
