Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) On or about 02/08/2022, there was no frequent and regular inspection program being conducted in use by a competent person to ensure the job site, material and equipment; such as ensuring fall protection systems was being utilized.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Fall Protection. Duty to have fall protection. "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about 02/08/2022, Bull Eye Construction's employees were working on the roof of a new commercial property. Employees were not utilizing any conventional fall protection system, while working 22.3 ft. from the ground.
