Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. Located at 7156 McQueen Drive in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about February 10, 2022, employees were sheathing the roof trusses without fall protection, thereby exposed to a fall hazard from approximately twenty feet. b. Located at 7156 McQueen Drive in Pickerington, Ohio: On or about February 10, 2022, an employee was performing framing work from the top plate of an exterior first story wall, thereby exposed to a fall from approximately fourteen feet.
