29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) 1440 McEver Road, Gainesville, Georgia; On or about February 8, 2022, an employee performing stucco work while utilizing an aerial lift was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet when the employer did not ensure that a restraint system was being used while inside the basket area of the aerial lift.
