OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential struck by and crushing hazards from falling loads and/or automotive lift parts:  Site- Employees were not protected from struck by and crushing hazards where 8 automotive lifts failed their annual automotive lift institute (ALI) inspections on March 20, 2021 and remained in service. The Rotary, SPOA-200, automobile lift located in bay 2 had deficiencies that caused the automobile lift to raise vehicles unevenly. The bay 2 lift remained in service for several months after the failed ALI inspection on March 20, 2021 without being repaired.
