Ovare Group Inc, 39 Main St. South Egremont, MA., 01258: On or about February 10, 2022, and at times prior, employees were using the outside deck stair case as a means of entrance and exit to the building and the employer did not ensure that each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as described in this subpart.
