29 CFR  1910.28(b)(11)(ii):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as described in 29 CFR 1910.28 Table D-2-Stairway Handrail Requirements.  Ovare Group Inc, 39 Main St. South Egremont, MA., 01258:  On or about February 10, 2022, and at times prior, employees were using the outside deck stair case as a means of  entrance and exit to the building  and the employer did not ensure that  each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as described in this subpart.

29 CFR  1910.25(b)(3):29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3) The employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings  Ovare Group Inc,  39 Main St. South Egremont, MA., 01258: On or about February 10, 2022, and at times prior, employees were using the outside deck as an access/exit to the workplace and the stair riser heights on the access stairs were not uniform and had up to a 3 inch difference in riser heights.
