29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) Facility - On or about February 2, 2022 the employer did not repair the leaking roof which contributed to the standing water and mold growth on the walls exposing employees to respiratory symptoms.
