The bottle contained >80% N-Propyl Acetate and was used to clean the tops of totes.  (b) On or about June 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure that a drum of Alkaline Detergent, located in the racking area of the plant, used for the floor scrubber  and used by the personnel who mix batches of products in the UV Department, was labeled, tagged, or marked with words, pictures, symbols, or a combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and could provide employees with specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. The Detergent contained chemicals including, sodium hydroxide, 2 -Butoxyethanol, sodium metasilicate.
