29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) Olive Garden, Emily Dr, Bridgeport, WV - On or about 2/8/22, an employee was working on a roof without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to falls of up to 19ft. 9in. River City Chem Dry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard [cited as 1926.501(b)(13)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1298439, citation number 1, item number 6/a, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2415 Pennsylvania Ave, Parkersburg, WV.
